Gladsome Tidings is the fifth pattern in our Christmas carol smalls series. It is a call back to the second verse of Angels We Have Heard on High, which is one of our favorite carols.
The pattern is executed in a variety of stitches including cross stitch, backstitch, long-armed cross stitch, straight stitch, double herringbone stitch, and French knots. The model was stitched on 40 count Regency linen by Seraphim Fabric using the called for Au Ver À Soie 100/3 silks.
